WebVPN

WebVPN is an excellent service to use if you need quick access to web-based JPL resources from a remote location, such as a kiosk. However, it will timeout after 10 minutes of inactivity and you will have to re-authenticate after 2 hours.

To access the JPL Network remotely, you must have a:

  • Remote Access Account - RAS accounts are automatically provisioned for all JPL employees and most affiliates.
  • RSA Token for Two-Factor Authentication - Tokens can be ordered via the JPL IT Catalog.
    Note: The JPL IT Catalog is only available inside the JPL Network. If you are an external user, ordering a NEW token, you will need assistance from your JPL sponsor to place your order through the JPL IT Catalog.
